Soccer Coming to Oceanside Golf Course?

Soccer balls may soon be flying over the Oceanside City Center golf course. The owner of Salt Lake City’s major league soccer team is proposing a soccer academy to replace the old course. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon reports on the proposal being discussed by the city council.
