Nurses Allege Dangerous Conditions at North Co. Hospital

A group of registered nurses spoke out Monday about what it says are dangerous conditions at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside. But other nurses say their claims are exaggerated. NBC 7’s Diana Guevara reports.
