New Details on Escondido “Bomb Factory”

Inside an Escondido home, investigators found up to 12 pounds of a bomb making material called HMTD. They also discovered nine completed detonators, and 13 homemade grenades. Experts say the explosive materials are most commonly used by terrorists to build bombs.
