A new complaint lodged against Mayor Bob Filner this time, at the state level. Co-Chair of The Freedom from Filner organization, Karen Cebreros expects a thousand people at the March on City Hall Sunday. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
A third employment complaint was filed against San Diego Mayor Bob Filner this week.
The complaint was filed Aug. 7 and is not a sexual harassment complaint, according to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Filner has been accused of sexually harassing multiple women and has been asked to resign by many people, including former allies. A recall effort against Filner is currently underway.
Since the complaint is under investigation, no details were released.
