Neighbors Protest Relocation of Encinitas Parking Lot Program for Homeless

The Encinitas City Council is considering relocating its Safe Parking Program, a lot set up for people who have nowhere to sleep except their cars. However, neighbors of the proposed location are pumping the brakes on the idea. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
