Mobile Home Gas, Power Delivery Changing

As part of an ongoing program, SDG&E is changing a long-standing policy of delivering gas and power to a central location at mobile home parks and leaving it up to operators to distribute to and bill each tenant. Now, these systems will be taken over by SDG&E who will run individual meters to each home site giving mobile home residents control over their own bills and safer, more reliable service. Thousands of mobile homes have already been upgraded and more are on the way, but parks must ASK for the direct service so tenants need to ask property managers to make the change.
