Victim in Mall Shooting Identified as Navy Service Member

The victim killed in a shooting at Horton Plaza over the weekend was identified as James Celani, an active-duty Navy service member. His friends described Celani as intelligent and mild mannered. NBC 7’s Bridget Naso reports.
