Salute to Service: Dequane Landrum

NBC 7’s Salute to Service segment highlights Army Specialist Dequane Landrum, is a member of the Combat Repair Team at Forward Operating Base Walton in southern Afghanistan. He’s on his first deployment where his job is to make sure the soldiers’ weapons are well maintained and in working condition. He’s taken it upon himself to expand his role where he also works on trucks at the base.
