Salute – Narcotics Training With Major Vlasta Zekulic

Croatian Army Major Vlasta Zekulic is in her second tour of duty in Afghanistan where she’s working with coalition forces teaching the officers of the Afghan National Army. She’s teaching a course that covers a variety of security aspects, including the use of narcotics testing kits.
