Big city mayors, led by San Diego Mayor Gloria, ask Newsom for $1B in homeless funding

A coalition of mayors from the state’s largest cities, including San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria, visited Sacramento to urge Gov. Newsom to commit to funding $1 billion a year for homelessness services, NBC 7’s Joey Safchik reports.
