Church's Neighbors Witnessed Alleged Kidnapping

A bizarre chase leads officers to an attempted kidnapping. Three suspects bailed out of jail today after allegedly taking their own family member from a religious commune. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala was at the commune in Vista to find out why.
