Justice Kennedy May Decide Prop 8

Law Professor Shaun Martin says the odds are 65-35, that the Supreme court will hear the case. If it does, Martin says Justice Anthony Kennedy could cast the deciding vote, on whether gay marriage will be legal, in California.
