Jane Doe Attorney: SDPD Audit Not Enough

An outside audit of San Diego’s troubled police department is underway. However, an attorney for “Jane Doe,” a top witness in the case against disgraced former Officer Anthony Arevalos and current plaintiff in a federal lawsuit against the city, says the department needs an independent monitor, not just an audit.
