Tree Falls Near Busy Rancho Bernardo Intersection

A large tree fell Wednesday near Pomerado and Rancho Bernardo roads, crushing a utility box and blocking traffic. The incident was reported just after 10 a.m. Police were on scene to divert traffic. No injuries were reported. The area is east of Interstate 15.
