Going Crazy on Crawfish

Pinch the tail and suck the head – our Kimberly Caldwell-Harvey is going crazy on crawfish at one of the best spots for Fat Tuesday in LA, Hot N Juicy! Want to know how to eat crawfish like a pro? Our friends at Hot N Juicy have some tips for you. First, grip the crawfish with two hands- one on the head, and one on the tail and twist them in opposite directions- separating the tail from the body. The optional next step for those die-hard crawfish fans out there: Suck the head. Get those delicious, spicy juices trapped inside the crawfish out of there! Then get ready to peel away 2-3 segments of shell to expose the meat. Lastly, pinch the tail to gently pull out the meat and ENJOY!
