First Mexican Truck to Cross Border

The first Mexican truck to deliver goods inside the US is scheduled for Friday afternoon in Laredo, TX. A provision in the 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement will allow the trucks to cross the border, instead of having to pass off the goods at the border.
