Media Swarm Filner at Appearance

San Diego Mayor Bob Filner smiled and walked past several reporters and television cameras after a public appearance Thursday. He refused to discuss recent allegations from three women ranging from making crude comments in the office to forcefully trying to get a kiss during a meeting.
