Empty Sailboat Prompted Search off Oceanside Coast

A boater believed missing off the coast of Oeanside was located on Catalina Island hours after the U.S. Coast Guard launched a search and rescue mission. The whole thing was prompted by a boat that had been cast adrift and stopped near Carlsbad.
