Emotional Plea for Mayor to Raise Minimum Wage

Interfaith leaders joined dozens of minimum wage supporters outside City Hall Tuesday morning. They urged San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer to sign the wage increase city council approved last week, which would eventually raise minimum wage to $11.50 an hour. NBC 7’s Nicole Gomez reports.
