Water Main Break Floods Paradise Hills Street

A broken water main creates a sinkhole in Paradise Hills early Thursday. Water flooded Saipan Drive from Homesite Drive to Potomac Street after 4 a.m. The intersection is located east of Interstate 805 and north of State Route 54.
