Police Taser Stray Dog, Draw Criticism

El Cajon police used mace and a taser to try and catch a stray dog on Saturday. One animal rights advocate says this was cruel and ineffective. But police say the dog was being aggressive and that the actions were justified. NBC 7’s Mari Payton reports.
