What Happened to El Nino in San Diego?

So what happened to El Nino in San Diego? The jet stream that was expected to push storms into Southern California didn’t deliver. Instead, the jet stream pushed those storms into Northern California. That was not good for us, but every beneficial for California as a whole. NBC 7’s Dagmar Midcap explains.
