Dead Baby Found Inside Bag

A dead baby was found Thursday night in a plastic bag. It happened at a home on Flamingo and Oro in an unincorporated area of El Cajon. Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene around 6:30 Pam. Lt Dennis Brugos said a woman who lived in a home on the 1100 block of Flamingo Avenue was with her dog in the backyard when she discovered the bag. Investigators say neither she or her family members are suspects in the case.
