DA: Brutal Kidnapping, Murder Crew Dismantled

Seventeen men linked to the Arellano-Felix Cartel were indicted today on charges of murder, kidnapping and attempted murder of a police officer. Nine are in custody. And officials are asking for the help from the public in tracking down the remaining suspects.
