CBP releases new details in deadly US-Mexico border fence fall

Customs and Border Protection says a 24-year-old Guatemalan citizen was attempting to scale the border fence two weeks ago but couldn’t hang on after making it to the other side of the barrier. NBC 7’s Dave Summers shares what we are learning about the attempts to save her.
