Homeless camping ban case goes before the Supreme Court

The camping ban case is now being heard by the Supreme Court.  At the heart of the case is the question:  Should sleeping on public sidewalks be illegal if bed space is available?  NBC 7’s Joey Safchik has the details of the case.
