‘Big Day' for Chula Vista Bridge Fix

The city of Chula Vista is in the process of upgrading and improving the Willow Street Bridge between Chula Vista and Bonita. On Friday, engineers said it was going to be a big day as trucks delivered 850 cubic feet of concrete to complete the first phase of the project.
