San Francisco-based Bizness Apps said it plans to move to San Diego in April, bringing nearly 100 jobs with it.
With $7.6 million in 2014 revenue and 3,572 percent growth over three years, Bizness Apps ranked 91st on the Inc. 500 list of fast-growing private companies in 2015.
The company’s do-it-yourself platform lets people without computer-programming skills create, edit and manage mobile apps. It targets the small business market.
The company said its executives felt Bizness Apps had a better chance to grow in San Diego’s expanding tech scene.
“San Francisco’s saturation often hinders mid-size tech companies from hiring and keeping A-players, as they’re forced to compete with the likes of Google and Apple for local talent,” the company said in a statement.
The business launched in 2010. Andrew Gazdecki is CEO.
The company said it is taking space in the La Jolla area.
