VIDEO: Big Rig Catches Fire on I-15

A big rig caught fire in Escondido on the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 near Deer Springs Road at 12:45 a.m. Thursday. The truck was loaded with sand and gravel when fire started near the rear axle or tire. No injuries were reported.
