Are Scammers Targeting Gas Pump Kiosks?

While some gas stations let you swipe your card at the actual gas pump, others make you go to nearby self-serve kiosk. One San Diego man claims a scam artist used this setup to get free gas. NBC 7’s Consumer Bob reports.
