Grandma, Kids Hurt in PB Crash

A grandmother and her three grandchildren are recovering after an unusual accident in Pacific Beach. Police say the 76-year old woman was waiting with the three kids outside Yogurt on the Rocks Saturday when a friend pulled up next to them and accidently hit the gas instead of the brake. The car lurched into the patio area hitting the four. The grandmother suffered broken ribs, a back injury and punctured lung. The kids had minor injuries.
