The Annual New Year's Parade No One Watches

We have all heard of the Rose Parade, but in San Diego there is a lesser known New Years tradition now in its 20th year. It’s a parade you haven’t heard of. A parade with the shortest route in town. A parade no one watches. So why should we care? We should care because every neighborhood could use one just like it. NBC 7s Steven Luke reports.
