Adults Buckle Up Less in Rear Seats: Study

The Governor’s Highway Safety Association showed in 2013, 883 adults died from not wearing seat belts in the back of cars, and the group says half of those deaths could have been prevented. NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda reports.
