Local Schools Introduce Meatless Mondays

Monday marked the first “Meatless Monday” in the San Diego Unified School District. Cafeterias will now serve vegetarian dishes every Monday. As NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda explains, the program seems to be benefiting more than just students.
