Palcohol Hits a Snag

NBC’s Tracie Potts reports on how the makers of powdered alcohol, also known as Palcohol, thought they had approval that could put the product in stores this fall, but a snag and growing controversy cast doubt on the future of a product that could make mixed drinks as easy as adding water.
