Shoppers Getting Overwhelmed by Online Surveys

Businesses are asking customers to fill out more and more surveys,and people are starting to become frustrated. Eric Tunquist from Jack in the Box said there’s a balance between the positive and negative feedback from the surveys. Consumer Bob reports.
