Saluting The Latest Medal of Honor Recipient Sergeant First Class Leroy Petry

Petry is a U.S. Army Ranger who has served six tours in Afghanistan. During a 2008 deployment Petry risked his own life by throwing a live grenade back toward enemy lines to save the lives of other nearby Rangers. While throwing the grenade he lost his hand to the force of the detonating explosion.
