Morning Salute – Anniston Army Depot's Civilian Workers

A major renovation center for Army equipment this depot covers roughly 25 square miles and is about the size of Manhattan. This is where a team of civilians work on the big equipment like M-1 tanks, M-9 Howitzers and striker vehicles, and also things as small as mortars and 9 millimeter pistols. 6,400 people are employed at the facility, all with the common goal of maintaining the world’s most modern army.
