A manhunt is under way after a fight over a woman turned bloody early Sunday morning at a UC San Diego party in Clairemont.
A 21-year-old man punched and stabbed a 24-year-old man then used his knife to slash some car tires before driving away, Officer Brad Ruff said. The knife-wielding attacker was seen speeding off in a white Honda.
The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive, Ruff said.
