Dow Jones Drops After Disappointing 4th Quarter Numbers

After companies turn in lower than expected 4th quarter numbers, the stock market got off to a slow start. Meanwhile, home prices in San Diego are up, compared to a decrease nationally. NBC 7’s George Chamberlin reports.
