Cal Fire station closure delayed the response to Dulzura house fire

It took 17 minutes for the first fire engine to arrive at the scene on Sunday; the goal is 12 minutes or less, according to Cal Fire’s standards. NBC 7 Investigates’ Alexis Rivas reports.
