The UK-based Flux Pavilion (born Joshua Steele) got his start in 2008 when he co-founded Circus Records with his childhood friend Doctor P. The next year, he’d go on to release one of his most well-known tracks, “I Can’t Stop.” In 2011, producer Shama “Sak Pase” Joseph sampled the song for “Who Gon Stop Me” by Jay-Z and Kanye West for their collaborative album “Watch the Throne.” Since then, Flux Pavilion has been on a nonstop roll.

After releasing his second EP, “Blow the Roof,” in 2013, his track “Double Edge” was featured in the “Need For Speed: Most Wanted” video game. In 2014, Flux Pavilion was commissioned by Disney to remix the theme to “Star Wars Rebels,” and in 2015, he finally released his debut full-length record, “Tesla.”

It seems like everything the dubstep pioneer puts together turns to gold, with every single seemingly bigger than the one before. So what better way to celebrate summer than by catching him in action at Bassmnt?

So be sure to enter for your chance to win right now because we’re pulling the winning name on Friday, Aug. 11, at noon!
