Hawaiian Plumeria Festival at Balboa Park

Wake up and smell the plumerias. The 15th annual Hawaiian Plumeria Festival is heading to Balboa Park on Sept. 5 and Sept. 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. NBC 7’s Jason Austell gets details on the free event, which includes Hawaiian entertainment, from Mike Atkinson of the Southern California Plumeria Society.
