Joggin' for Frogmen 5K and Tadpole Trot

The 5th annual Joggin’ for Frogmen 5K and Tadpole Trot are happening on July 30 at Liberty Station’s NTC Park. The race will benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation. Race organizer Sarah Williams shares details with NBC 7’s Whitney Southwick.
