California Live correspondent Blanche Shaheen meets up with winemaker and historian Tor Kenward to learn all about the impacts of salt, acid, and sugar when pairing food with wine. Tor was great friends with chef and author Julia Child and shares what he learned from her. The goal is harmony with the pairing.
