Find the recipes below. **TROPICAL RUM CAKE GLAZE** 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup aged rum 2 tablespoons of coconut vanilla extract In a sauce pan over medium heat, add coconut oil. Once melted, add brown sugar. Next add rum and vanilla extract. Stir until glaze is formed. Cool for one hour and top cake with glaze. **BANANA OLD FASHIONED** 2 oz aged rum 1 teaspoon banana Demerara syrup 2 dashes aromatic bitters 2 dashes orange bitters In an old fashioned glass, place one large ice cube. Pour the rum and syrup into glass. Add bitters. Stir well and garnish with orange.
