    ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM MONDAY TO 8 PM
    PDT TUESDAY FOR STRONG SANTA ANA WINDS AND VERY LOW HUMIDITY FOR
    THE MOUNTAINS AND INLAND VALLEYS PLUS ALL OF ORANGE COUNTY...

    * LOCATION...Mountains and foothills below 6,000 feet, the
    valleys, and all of Orange County.

    * WIND...Northeast to east, 20 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph.
    Highest gusts to 80 mph in the most wind-prone canyons and
    foothills Monday. Winds will be slightly weaker Tuesday.

    * HUMIDITY...Decreasing rapidly Monday morning, becoming 5 to
    10 percent. Poor recoveries Monday night. Very low humidity
    again Tuesday.

    * OUTLOOK...Gradually decreasing winds Tuesday night and
    Wednesday.

    * IMPACTS...Fuels will dry quickly Monday with the onset of the
    Santa Ana winds with increasing fire threat Monday night and
    Tuesday. Outdoor burning should be avoided.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
    are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
    strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
    contribute to extreme fire behavior.
