The Perfect Trio: Drinks, Food, and Sting's Rooftop

Come out on the rooftop of Stingaree this weekend for scenery and a taste of fine foods and drinks as teams partnered up with at least two chefs from different restaurants in San Diego prepare the perfect meal.

Chefs in the kitchen are brought to you from restaurants such as Ivy’s Quarter Kitchen, A.R. Valentien, and Café Chloe and some of their exquisite entrees on the menu include Charcoal Roasted Eggplant Lamb Loid Preserved Lemon and Poached Garlic, and Jerk Chicken with Plantain Puree with Scotch and Bonnet Pepper Jam.

This event, Craft Beer: Grain to Glass, Farm to Table, is taking place on Sunday from 6-9 p.m. for the cost of $90 that covers all food, beer, and other beverages, tax and gratuity while a portion of the ticket is donated to Slow Food Urban San Diego.
