From 6 to 8 p.m. every third Wednesday, the Mission Hills Town Council is hosting Mission Nights within the area bordered by Ft. Stockton, University, Hawk and Eagle streets. Enjoy live music, free food, coupons, demonstrations and dinner & drink specials from stores and restaurants such as Lavish, M-Theory Music, Venissimo Cheese, Olivetto's Cafe & Wine Bar and Cinema Under the Stars among many others. Every third Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. you'll find Art & Design on Cedros Avenue, an event with new art exhibits, live music and other cool stuff. This month, Hot Rock Jewelry will host a kicky art collection from Lionel Talaro called "An Evening of Divine Bovine." The art reception starts at 5 p.m., but the gorgeous jewelry will be there all week.
