Who doesn’t want to be sexy and smart?
The Jean Isaacs San Diego Dance Theater presents its 8th annual Cabaret Dances at Anthology as part of its Sexy, Smart Sundays series this month.
The nightclub offers a unique forum for Jean Isaacs and her company of ten dancers as they perform to an all-live jazz and blues evening of music by pianist Steve Baker and vocalist Rachel Drexler.
Audience members will enjoy food and drink before and during the show while the sexy, steamy program is unveiled in the sultry nightclub atmosphere.
The dances are performed to music by Duke Ellington, Cole Porter, Thelonious Monk, Irving Berlin and Cassandra Wilson.
